3. Eligibility

By responding to requests, sellers agree that:

Their responses must be accurate, professional, and lawful.
They must only offer products or services they are authorized and able to provide.
They must not misrepresent pricing, availability, experience, qualifications, delivery timelines, or product details.
They must not send spam, abusive messages, misleading claims, or irrelevant offers.
They are responsible for complying with any applicable laws, taxes, licenses, product standards, warranties, or regulatory obligations that govern their goods or services.

Zplaza does not guarantee that any seller response will result in a transaction, agreement, sale, or business relationship.

Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against other users.

Unless specific payment terms are published, Zplaza does not process or manage buyer-seller payments through these Terms.
